1920 : Foundation in France of « Fonderie du CUPRO-ALUMINIUM » by Marcel SCHAAD and his brother.
1952 : The Company is renamed as BRONZE ACIOR S.A.R.L.
1964 : The company enters the Automotive Industry and produces the first shifter forks for the RENAULT 4L.
1977 : “Bronze Acior” is transferred to La-Couture-Boussey (West Paris).
2004 : “Bronze Acior” is taken over by “Biomeca Investissements” to become “Bronze-Alu S.A.S.”
2005 : New Management Team.
Definition of the new strategy : develop components and modules, with new materials, thus growing up in new fields of activity
2006 : ISO TS 16949 v. 2002 certification
2007 : Foundation in Romania (Bucharest – Pittesti) of our subsidiary BRONZE-ALU CARPATI
2008 : Industrial launch of “BRONZE ALU CARPATI” facility in Romania (Bucharest - Pitesti)
2010 : BRONZE-ALU CARPATI is certified by the French Railway company (SNCF)
